Meet Shava Cueva

Photographer Content Creator Storyteller

A smiling man with glasses in an orange shirt sitting on a wooden stool, petting a tabby and white cat on his lap, surrounded by green potted plants against a blue curtain background.

I’m Shava Cueva, a Mexican photographer and author of Bebidas de Oaxaca based in Melbourne.

I work with brands, makers, and communities that care deeply about what they do and how they do it.

My photography is focused on storytelling with purpose. I create honest visuals that celebrate and nourish the body, the planet, and the people behind the scenes.

I specialize in capturing the beauty of food, natural ingredients, and thoughtfully designed spaces, with experience across the food industry, spirits, farms, products, and architecture.

I’ve been doing this for the past 15 years because I genuinely love what I do.
