I’m Shava Cueva, a Mexican photographer and author of Bebidas de Oaxaca, now based in Melbourne.

I work with premium beverage and food brands that care about craft and origin. My background in documenting tequila and mezcal has shaped the way I see ingredients, landscapes, and the people who make things by hand.

Here in Australia, I specialise in drinks, spirits, and the fast-growing non alcoholic space, along with food and product photography.

I’ve been doing this for 15 years, and I still love the process, from the field to the studio.
